Our design work is about pulling the personal character of our clients into their homes' aesthetic. An interior should feel like a manifestation of each client's personality, charm and their sincere warmth. Each of the homes featured below center around our client's distinct personas which is then honed and shaped to include our expert eye for the more exceptional details and the proper pairing of texture, color, and panache.
Throughout these homes' designs, there will be glimpses of unique pieces from Kristin's travels abroad where she looks for that particular item that will become a part of the client's story and the fabric of the home's atmosphere. Each interior has been expertly built and crafted by some of the top professionals in the industry and with that comes a level of craftsmanship that is unmatched. Our clients' homes are created through an in-depth discovery process from the beginning and then built to achieve the utmost in high-end, luxury living.

The Wingspan Way project features a culmination of outstanding planning, extensive details, and exceptional craftsmanship. This home was a challenge with the need for the furnishings to be kid-friendly, but also have a high-end aesthetic for entertaining. To accomplish this we incorporated layers of textures and developed a balanced aesthetic of masculine and feminine,
while providing a neutral palette so the home didn't feel sterile in nature. This home features a collection of curated furnishings, exquisite surfaces, antique French wood floors, and antique stone fireplaces. The result is a classic and elegant home that is adaptable for children at play, but also the perfect setting for elegant and top-notch entertaining.

There is nothing better than a finely crafted home that puts an extra touch of pizzazz into the final result. The Toms Thumb project is a brilliant blend of modern and transitional with a subtle hint of shine. A large portion of this project features custom furniture pieces and artwork. We included layers of paneling and moulding that creates a warm, yet transitional background, while more modern furniture styles allude to an air of freshness and minimalism. We infused pops of blue color
and textures throughout the home along with glistening elements of sparkle for drama. With soaring ceilings, this home makes use of accentuated walls and ceilings that are the perfect scale for the space. Marble and hard materials were kept neutral, but add layers of texture for interest. In addition, unique lighting acts as art while we also pull in consistency by utilizing the same white marble surface in different sizes and textures to keep spaces unique and yet flowing effortlessly.

LAS BRISAS
Warm wood floors, soft and neutral furnishings and an abundance of beautiful textures defines the atmosphere of this Las Brisas home. With a quiet nod to the original Southwest style, the home features rustic and global touches that infuse an organic yet contemporary style thereby creating a lively connection between pieces instilling a vibrant juxtaposition. This particular home had quite an expansive process as it was a total gut and remodel. In doing so, the home was able to be
re-envisioned to adapt to the here and now, while still maintaining its true origins and architectural heritage. Warm and bright, the home maintains an innate sense of integrity and yet instills a true sense of practicality and functionality at the same time. Natural light plays up the beauty of the architecture while luxury materials paired with a soothing palette and richly handsome pieces co-mingle to produce a home that is truly unique and welcoming.

BRUSHY RIDGE
Nestled against the magnificent mountains of Utah, this project in Salt Lake required an extensive remodel to bring in as much light and natural beauty as possible. A once dark, dated home was transformed into a modern mountain dwelling that we cannot get enough of! Walls were knocked down, allowing the rooms to be reconfigured to provide a more efficient use of
space. We also created connectivity and an overall open-concept floor plan to celebrate and highlight the surroundings, as well as provide a better, functional environment for our clients’ daily needs. We chose layers of warmth and texture throughout with carefully curated furnishings to provide a cozy yet stunning aesthetic, perfect for this family to enjoy.
